The Quizzical Kookaburra is an original painting on 300gsm watercolour paper. The painting has been created using professional watercolour paints.

This Kookaburra came about when a friend of mine had taken some photos of a resident Kookaburra that would land on her fence every day. I loved that this kookaburra enjoyed her company as much as she enjoyed its company. I acquired some new watercolour paints and just had to paint this.

If you are a bird lover like me, you will love this painting, or both of them in a special space. Every time you walk past them, they will bring you joy. I know they do that for me!

All those blues and purples with a yellow green contrast make such a statement.

This art work is created using professional watercolour paintss on 300gsm watercolour paper and is 20cm square. It would be ideally paired with another watercolour painting I did called ‘Comfy Kookaburra’.
